Our Services

At Kaizen Brain Center, we take a collaborative approach to accurately diagnosing and beginning treatment for cognitive disorders such as concussion, Alzheimer’s Disease, and other dementias. Our interdisciplinary team of specialists partners directly with you and your family to create the individualized, evidence-based evaluation and treatment plan that best meets your needs.

Comprehensive Evaluation

Your first visit to Kaizen will include a comprehensive clinical assessment by either our neuropsychiatrist or neurologist. Our specialists will take a complete history, review your current medications, and provide a second opinion on any previous diagnoses.

The neuropsychiatrist or neurologist will then recommend next steps, which may include advanced diagnostics or meetings with our experts in neuropsychology, nutrition, lifestyle management, or cognitive rehabilitation.
